white bezel iPad
Can someone please tell me if the new models of iPad, come with a white bezel, or just black

no current ipads have bezels that are not black

As do I. The bezel is the [now narrow] strip that surrounds the visible screen/display area.
The bezel is black on all current models of iPad.
All current models of iPad - and iPad Pro - have minimal bezels. Screen bezels are black.
