can a Apple Watch SE GPS + Cellular bought in USA works in India?

I placed an order on Apple.com for Apple Watch SE GPS + Cellular model thinking that it will work in India. But many of the discussions here say different opinions. I need some expert answers either from the technical guys working in Apple or some top-rated support guys. I need to know whether it will work with the Indian cellular network or not. If not, I have to cancel my order.
