Apple Music extra payment

I have apple one but I am also being charged for Apple Music. How do I fix this and get my money back

"Payment & Shipping" asking to download "Music" from "App Store". In: "Settings" / "Apple ID" / "Payment & Shipping" . This message pops up when I select "Payment & Shipping". It asks to download "Music" from "App Store". Just curious why. I haven't used "Music" app for anything.
