Noise cancellation

I can confirm the feature is not active. The iPhone 13 models have no noise cancellation at all. The person you're calling can't understand a thing if there is any minor noise around. This only affects cellular calls. Cellular calls on speakerphone are pretty much impossible.

Go to settings then accessibility then audio/visual if you can see the toggle off just turn it on

You are correct, The Noise Cancellation option is missing in iOS 15 when used with an iPhone 13 model.
