Can’t add Apple Card to wallet

Can’t add Apple Card back to wallet after removing it. My partner is a co owner and hers does the same thing. Can’t get her physical card until I can add mine to wallet.


  1. updated to latest iOS 15.2
  2. has been more than two weeks
  3. forced restart
  4. signed in to correct Apple ID
  5. location is correct
  6. wallet and setting set to allow data
  7. signed in and out of Apple account
  8. stood on one foot
  9. held breath and winked left eye

  1. Try going to settings>general>reset>and reset your network settings.
  2. try going to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings
  3. try going to iCloud.com and go to account settings and select your device>remove Apple Pay from device and try again.
