Order Cancellation

Hey! I cancelled an order because I changed my choice but apple declined my card when placing my new order. Why is that??

Recent order I recently placed a order I contacted support and they said that my card went through but the website says it was cancelled around the same time she told me it was cancelled I'm confused the employee says it went through while the website says it has not went through any thoughts would help
