iphone 11 pro error 4013

Thanks but have done all of that. Spent weeks just trying to update so that I wouldn't lose stuff, but now decided to restore and still get 4013. Phone disconnects every time when it's doing it. Changed leads, changed computers and still not working

Ongoing chat support since august too and no one has a resolution there

Thanks, but already done, started this process in August to update the phone without loss of data. Then switched to an old phone to take a break of 10 hours of 4013 messages….. tried to restore today, spoke to chat no resolution, still doesn’t work even though spoke to apple support. Was hoping someone had a solution that they discovered before the need to contact apple, so apple wouldn’t know of the solution
