LED Flash Alert Option Not in Accessibility/Audio Visual

Virtually deaf here. I’ve missed numerous text and emails because I don’t know where to set the flash alert on my iPad. It use to be in Settings, Accessibility, Audio Visual. Is there another way to set this feature?

Only iPad Pro models and the mini6 have a TrueTone flash.

If you cannot find the appropriate settings, a forced-restart may be helpful - as this will often resolve an isolated software issue:

On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
