i had a full library then I stopped paying cancelled my payment then just recently payed for it again but all my music has gone

That is correct. Once you cancel your subscription or let it expire, there is no guarantee if or for how long you music library will be retained after the last billing cycle. Sorry, but you will have to start anew.
