Not work,when i do that with iTools apple tv its activated (not say its not) but i cant use it (just have settings,music and computers icon) i log in icloud snd itunes store and nothing !!!

That is an indication that it is not internet-connected.
Restart both your router and the Apple TV, then try again.
I've tried it already, and on my and my neighbor's router (another provider) the problem still exists, I tried to connect on cables, too
