I have bought a iPhone 13 Pro Max and I have successfully installed one e-sim and while trying to install second e-sim from another carrier getting below error message.
"Cellular plans from this carrier cannot be added
your devise can only use cellular plan from a different carrier."
let me know whether my phone supporting duel e-sim?

Your iPhone supports two eSIMs. But the message is telling you each eSIM requires a different carrier.
Carefully read and follow the article linked in my previous post. For example, it tells you the iPhone must be unlocked. Further, presumably you’re in a country that offers two eSIMs.
That got surprise me Its from different carrier
It means your iPhone is locked to a single carrier. As such it can only use Sim cards and eSims from one carrier, the one it is locked to. The wording of the error message is not clear, but it refers to a different carrier than the one you are trying to setup.

Yes. As I said, your iPhone is locked to a single carrier which is different than the one you are trying to add.
You need to unlock your iPhone to use this other carrier.
The wording on the message is confusing yes.
