Refund tiktok coins

Hello guys.I’m from Romania.So my little brother bought and spent ~200€ worth of tiktok coins.He did not know the coins cost real life money,and i was shocked when i saw the money gone this morning.We are a poor family and i really needed the money for the holidays.I wanted to ask if there is any way of getting that money back?I hope there is:(
