How to detect a 3 way call that’s unwanted?

I want to know how I can see or know if someone is listening in on a 3 way call from another incoming call.
If someone that called you has added you to a conference call, I'm not aware of a way on the iPhone to detect that you are on a conference call.

Best go low-contact or no-contact with whoever is involved, as call recording and speakerphone audio are other options for whatever conflict is arising here. As for detecting conference calls, those aren’t specifically reported. While hanging up and calling the party back is sometimes suggested, that call can still be conferenced or recorded when connected.
