Thanks for your reply sir, Just talk with the support team, It's applied to a new subscription of Apple music only, so in my case, I already used 3-month free trial, so not applicable.
When you follow the procedure to redeem the promo, does the Get 6 months free button show up in Apple Music?
Have you used these AirPods while the previous trial was still up? Maybe that affected the eligibility (but that's just a guess, not sure, actually).
