iPhone SE/A1723 problem since last upgrade iOS15.2

I have an iPhone SE/A1723 . Since the last upgrade to iOS 15.2 it is behaving strangely!

After I charge it, and it shows 100%, suddenly it drops to 9% and turns off.

Sometimes when I charge it, it seems to drain it rather than charge it.

It keeps switching off, I turn it on again, and it shows that it needs to be charged, but then suddenly has 60%.

Twice, when it was on DO NOT DISTURB it started playing a radio station in the middle of the night.

It's completely unpredictable.

I must add that my iPad is also behaving strangely, since the upgrade, but not as bad.

What could be the problem?
