Photo Library needs to be Repaired before import

I keep getting the above error when I try to import a photo library into my system photo library. I have done as its requests, to open the library to be imported via the Finder so that it can be repaired. I have done this multiple times...and still get the same error...

Initially noticed when it would just pause while starting to import from memory card. It will not let me import photos into the app from my desktop. unable to open the library & PHPhotosErrorDomain error 5416 Hi, After updated to MacOS Venture v13.0.1, the Photos.app cannot open the photo libraries about 150GB in the mobile hard disk in ExFAT format, with the error: Photos was unable to open the library “Photos Library.photoslibrary”. (5416) I created a new library, it shows the similar error with code 5416. The operation couldn’t be completed. (PHPhotosErrorDomain error 5416.) Ich can see the photos and videos in the "originals" right clicking "show package contents". However, can you help me to solve the problem? Thank you in advance! Kind regards

Can't import photos into Photos App (Catalina) I suddenly can't import photos from my iPhone (14 Pro & 7 Plus) or even Downloads Folder to Photos on Catalina. It was OK a few months ago, but is suddenly not working anymore.
