Hello,
Charging adapters are no longer included. To charge them, use one of the following options:
1) Use a charging adapter and cable from any previous iPhone.
2) Connect them to a USB-C port on your computer.
3) Obtain a charging adapter similar to this one: 20W USB-C Power Adapter - iPhone Accessories
