When I try to sign into my Apple Cash and I put my password it says something went wrong how do I fix that

When I try to turn on Apple Cash it keeps saying that after I put in my password

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with adding a payment method to Apple Pay. We'd like to help.


We see that you're currently on a Wi-Fi network. Have you tried adding this card over cellular or from another Wi-Fi network? The security on the current network may be blocking that connection and testing another network is a good way to isolate that issue.


Then, check out these steps to continue working through this issue: If you can't add cards to Wallet to use with Apple Pay
