using the standard calendar app I am unable to view the full month on the calendar app. There is no <Today so I can select a different view. I browsed the forums a lot, couldn’t find a solution.
please be so kind and don’t jump and give me a textbook solution like on the microsoft forums. I tried those. Doesn’t work.

Thank you for finding that. I had been responding to a poster in the past month and they kept talking about seeing the month view on the Watch. I haven't seen a month view on the Watch in years. This fixed it for me. I'm using an Apple Watch Series 6.

Nevermind. Found the solution. It is quite counterintuitive but it works.
apple watch settings, scroll to calendar, select list. Now return to app on watch. It will be ok.
