My husband got me air pods pro with apple care - Left is not working and right makes a little noise while using ..Please let me know if that's covered under my apple care+

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:
How would you define the noise? It may be a faulty device. So, contact Apple, seeing if you can get this serviced.
