I can’t download app of more than 200MB through mobile Data
I didn’t find the place to set how to download more than 200MB App through Cellular data
Go to Settings>App Store>under the Cellular Data heading, App Downloads, tap there and select your setting. However I'm not sure if that is available on all iOS vesions.
