Damage

My phone automatically started to turn off and now it will not let me turn my wifi or blue tooth on does anyone know how to fix it?

You can try restoring the device to factory and setting it up as new and see if that will work. However, generally when wi-fi and Bluetooth both fail it is a hardware error as they are both on the same chip. If the restore does not work, then I would use the Get Support link at the top of the page and contact Apple Support. Alternatively, if you have an Apple Store close by, you can make a Genius Bar appointment and have the hardware checked there. They will explain your options.
