Only if your AppleID is compromised. To access your iCloud data, someone must know your AppleID password, and, if you use 2 factor authentication, have access to one of your trusted devices or trusted telephone numbers.
Without those 2 things (password and 2FA code) nobody can get into your iCloud account.
