I set f1,f1 etc as traditional function keys in the Prefereces > Keyboard, not with the one apple set.
When I press f11 however, all apps in the screen are collapsed and I see desktop screen. Since traditional f11 not working, I cannot use f11 in any program that has f11 key bining.
I use m1 MacbookPro 16'' 32GB RAM.
Please fix this issue if it's bug, or is there anyone who can help with?

From what you're describing, this is expected behavior, as the F11 key is assigned to "Show Desktop" in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts. If you don't want to use this feature, you can de-select the box next to "Show Desktop".

f11 not work as expected
