Hi. Is Apple store can replace the screen of Iphone 13 pro max? I am asking because I received my iphone yesterday and after removing the screen cover, I found a scratch on upper left side of the notch. I went to apple store and the repair guy told me he can't replace new item but only repair the screen for free. I don't agree to that so instead I will return this item to the store. I think this manufacturing issue.

You have the absolute right to return it to an Apple retail store for a complete replacement or refund (your choice).
I am insisting for a replacement but the repair guy said he can only repair the screen but not replacement of new item or return the item to the store where I bought it and ask there for replacement.
