apple wallet/pay can’t add card in the philippines

can we use apple pay in the philippines? everytime i try to press the button on the wallet app, it redirects me to a website (apple’s wallet website)

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

That region is not supported - Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support
