I use an iPhone SE 2020. Email disappears from the inbox after 2 weeks. Solutions presented in previous threads do not apply (there is no menu option for changing the date under Settings >Mail or Settings >Contacts or Settings>Calendar).

Tap on the account
tap on Mail days to sync.
If your account is losing mail at 2 weeks is must be an account with those settings, eg Microsoft.
ICloud and Google cannot be adjusted.

It may be an account setting you can access in the Comcast account in a computer browser.

Selecting account does not access the screen you've referenced, but email is a Comcast account so I will go to the source & check settings there. Thanks for the ideas :)
