Series 4 Apple Watch

My series 4 Apple Watch isn't charging past 10%. I've performed the hard reset, etc. and nothing. The battery life is at approx. 81%. I'm thinking a new battery is required. Can the Apple store near me do a battery replacement and if so how much? Thanks,

When battery health figure is about 80% or less it is recommended to replace the battery,see these pages;
