I've forgotten my Apple ID and my recovery email is locked

What you did if you forget you password of your Apple ID , they said I will have email but my mail is locked. What I need to do?

Unlock your email so you can do the process for resetting your password. You don't provide any information as to why or how it is locked so I can't address that right now.
