Can we opt to install 15.1 update instead of 15.2?

I have apps that may not be compatible with 15.2. Can I still download and install 15.1?

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi

Sorry no. The update procedure will download/install the latest operating system version.
