How to be able to download stuff?
I was trying to download Netflix and it said to contact iTunes support.

iTunes Support? That’s not us. We’re other users, like you.
Per Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
Use that blue-text link included there to contact the right folks at Apple to resolve this.
And other than contacting Apple, there is nothing you can do to clear this. You’ll need to chat with Apple about whatever has happened (or not happened) here.
