Mac mini kernel panic Monterey

Hi there,

I have some problems with a 2018 Mac mini. Since the update to Monterey it is randomly rebooting, with a kernel panic, concerning various processes. I have seen reports on nsurlsessiond, mdnsresponder and numerous on kernel_task. I can't distinguish what's the real culprit. I've attached a report from EtreCheck. Is there someone who might be able to deduce what the problem is?
