Victim of missing Microphone button

I have been using the dictation (mic button) for a long time now to send text messages from my watch and it worked great...loved it. I know that it phone and watch was configured properly but now after update no mic button at all...gone nothing there. I can send one of the suggestion phrases

but if I tap the text input window I get this screen

No mic button, should be in bottom right corner... but as you can see nothing there.

I have reset the watch but still the same. Help.
