The only exception I have is for an app (my alarm) It is so frustrating I end up totally shutting down my phone. This has happened ever since I updated to iOs15, I currently have iOs15.1.1 on 12pro Max

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.
Thank you for your reply. I do know how to put my phone on silent, and vibrate and I have already turned off and turned on the Do Not Disturb feature. I just feel like Do Not Disturb worked perfectly before iOs15 When the phone vibrates it wakes me up. I find the vibrate feature helpful when I am awake or places where I don't want my phone to ring aloud. I don't need a work around, I already stated I turned off phone. I want to get the Do Not Disturb feature to function properly. If you look at the pictures and my settings, there is an obvious glitch. Why would Apple mess with a feature and break it, instead of improving upon it?
