Analytics data

So I looked up some of my questions and I’m kinda glad and kinda not that not only one wondering about the daily’s and the journals. I read your able to not send em to apple if share is disabled as well they can be transferred off and put onto a computer where you have more options then it seems I have on my phone “seems like a huge ******* there” anyway my question is this how can I find out exactly what data the reports have saved as well if it could send it to apple I’m curious if someone else could use that information to their benefit and how they would obtain it so I can least do my best to keep my information to myself. Does anyone know?
