iPad lot purchase
Hello, iPads I might to buy say they are iCloud locked. However. Screens show Caio & language selection options. Does this mean they can be factory reset?

No. If they are locked to an Apple ID (iCloud account) then they have an Activation Lock on them. The only way to remove the Activation Lock is to know and enter the original owner’s Apple ID and Password. Without that information, those iPads will be useless to you.
