How to upgrade the software of my Ipad mini model A1432 . Because its only a 9.3.5 ?

Your iPad Mini model can only be updated up to iOS version 9.3.5. It cannot be updated beyond that. It is up to date.

That's a first generation WiFi-only iPad mini. It's not capable of 10 or above, or subject to the GPS issue which 9.3.6 patches.
