How to get rid of the blue focus rectangle?

Hi,

I am getting this horrid focus blue rectangle block on my Mac OS Monterrey. Please tell me how to disable this...I have gone to keyboards and tried disabling everything. But it still comes on suddenly !


Please help urgent!

Not sure exactly what you mean by a 'horrid focus blue rectangle block'. Maybe this:



If so, try Accessibility - Zoom and check the options under Enable Hover Text:



Unchecking the box will turn it off permanently. With the box checked, the default shortcut for locking it off/on is to press the command key three times in quick succession.
