Yes, Safari is indeed up to date. If a website is indicating otherwise, that website is mistaken.

There have been several posts in here recently about business websites reporting that Safari is out of date, even though it isn't. This seems to be a generic statement that comes up when Safari isn't compatible with the site.
If you can't get Safari to work on that website, try a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
Safari is updated with the updated version of iOS. If your iPhone is up to date (15.2), then Safari is up to date.
Go here, scroll to the bottom of the page. In the search field type in "update Safari on an iPhone." Look through the 5 pages of articles that state what stedman1 told you.
