so like is there no rose gold 9th generation ipad or is there no silver one where the front has a white lining around the screen (if that makes sense)
because i prefer when the ipad has a white lining around the screen

The white lining is called a bezel. I suggest you click on iPad in the black strip at the top of this page. That will take you to the online Apple Store where you can see just what models have a white bezel.
