The Home icon in Apple TV Control Center would only appear if Apple TV has been designated to a HomeKit room, and if you have created ‘scenes’ or ‘automations’ that are active and that interact with Apple TV.

HomeKit is configured on iPhone or iPad or Mac, not on Apple TV.

  • What HomeKit accessories do you have that interface with Apple TV?
  • What scenes or automations do you have that interface with Apple TV?

Create scenes and automations with the Home app - Apple Support

Set up your HomePod, HomePod mini, Apple TV, or iPad as a home hub - Apple Support

Add a HomeKit accessory to the Home app - Apple Support
