I want to return an iphone a few days of used as it is quite heavy after long time holding it and i have also used the charging cable. My phone is still within 14 days of purchased. Because I have opened up the box and used the cable, am I going to be charged with 25% open box fee in Singapore? Thought everything is in good condition? Just that the paper that is wrapped on the cable, I threw it away…

According to Apple Singapore terms, I would say yes. The 25% fee applies to all opened items. But ultimately it is whatever the store says that matters, so you’ll need to ask them.
