My apple music account

I have an account and my account is connected to my family’s apple music we share a subscription and for some reason it deleted my account. I open the app and non of my music is there and it won’t let me sign out of my account so i don’t know what to do. it still says i’m in the family but i can’t find any of my playlists or music
