What do l do if when l am pair my watch it says l need a newer iOS when l have the iPhone 11?

If you have a series 7 watch, it comes with watchOS 8 pre-installed which requires an iPhone with iOS 15. The iPhone 11 is capable of being updated to iOS 15. See the reply to:
