You have made a statement, without a question, or any of the necessary details.

What version of macOS are you on?

What version of Safari do you currently have?

What is prompting you to believe your version is "out of date"?

Jumping ahead to the question/answer posted here MANY times per week... Your version of Safari is tied to your version of macOS. In other words, updating/upgrading Safari is a function of updating/upgrading macOS. If you are on macOS Monterey 12.1 then you will have Safari 15.2 as the latest and greatest.
