iTunes
Years ago, I used to be able to slot my own CDs into my computer and "put them into" iTunes. Then I could "export?" them to my iPod and play them at my leisure. Is it still possible to do this? It suits me the best.

At what point of the import process do things not go as you expect?
- What happens when you insert a CD into your CD drive, does iTunes it?
- What happens when you click on that icon, do you then see the Import CD window?
- What happens if you click on Import CD (you should see options for which format you want to use? Select the one you want and proceed.)
