hi my iPhone shows unable to activate please tell me how do I fix it please guide me to fix this problem

Your iPhone is connected to the Internet through the Personal Hotspot of another iOS device.
Turn Hotspot OFF.
Then try to have service for the iPhone.

I have already connected to a WiFi.... and To do what’s on that link you sent me on the first response I cannot go to setting only that screen is visible and I cannot even go to home screen and now I have inserted a service card please help me shall I give you my WhatsApp number please

Then try to have service for the iPhone.
This is what it shows and if I insert carrier card it shows no service

You have to connect de iPhone to your own home Wi-Fi Network and you need the Wi-Fi network password.
Visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller in your region for assistance to diagnose the problem.
And they could offer a possible solution.
