In earlier IOS the Do Not Disturb option when selected had a customizable text response while in driving mode. That feature has been removed. That was a great feature you could use as an out of office text response while in drive mode. What is its replacement?
Driving will only automatically appear if you had a Do Not Disturb while Driving setup in the past. Open Settings>Focus, and on that page, tap on the + in the upper right corner of the page. From there, tap on Driving, and complete the screen prompts to set it up.

Apple Support Communities is a great place for help with Focus, and we’re glad you were directed here from the Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch article.
It sounds as though you would like an automated reply sent to individuals who text you while you’re driving. That feature is still available in Focus, and can be adjusted by going in to Settings > Focus > Driving. If you tap on Auto-Reply, you’ll be able to choose if you want the reply to be sent to all or certain contacts. You’ll also be able to customize the auto-reply that is sent. Thank you for your reply. When I go into Focus I only have four selections and driving is not there so unfortunately this will not work. See attached picture, I have IOS 15.1.1
