webex meeting issue

Hello All,

When using webex in my iphone, when i minimize the application the webex call gets disconnects automatically. Please advise if any settings which i need to tweek.

Model: 7

IOS: 15.2

We see you have a question regarding an app disconnecting from its call after being minimized. We'd be happy to get that headed in the right direction.


If this is happening on multiple internet connections, you can try checking to see if you have Background App Refresh enabled. Details on how to find that, and what it does, can be found here: Switch apps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If that doesn't help, some further general steps to try with issues pertaining to third-party apps can be found here:
