My IPhone 13 Pro won’t connect to my Bluetooth speaker, where my IPhone 11 did flawlessly. What can I do?

Trying to figure out why my iPhone 13 won’t recognize my Memorex Bluetooth speaker where my iPhone 11 did perfectly. Is there a fix? Thank you

If you already tried (to no avail) ALL the steps provided in the support article that led you here, I'd contact your BT speaker manufacturer support team and ask them.
